For products purchased through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, or other marketplaces), after-sales service is typically provided by the original seller according to their own policies. Customers are advised to contact the platform or seller directly.
This warranty is supplementary to and does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1.1 Within 14 days of receipt
If your electric scooter is found to have a manufacturing or material defect within 14 days of receipt, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Free repair
Free replacement of defective parts
Replacement of the scooter (if necessary)
Full or partial refund (if applicable)
Shipping Costs:
In the event of a confirmed defect, KuKirin will cover all reasonable shipping costs.
1.2 From day 14 to 12 months
If a verified quality issue occurs within the warranty period:
KuKirin will provide genuine replacement parts and technical support.
Option A: Self-Repair
Free parts replacement. Customer is responsible for reasonable parts shipping costs.
Option B: Return for Repair
Customer must contact customer service before sending any item back.
We will provide return instructions.
For confirmed warranty cases, repair service is free.
We will arrange the return according to the specific circumstances.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs after repair.
⚠️ Important Note
All warranty claims require inspection and confirmation.
Processing Time: Usually 5-10 business days (excluding shipping time).
Do not send products back without prior authorization.
2. Consumable Parts (Wearable Parts)
Consumable parts include, but are not limited to:
Tires
Brake Pads
Brake Cables
Warranty Terms
Within 14 days: Free replacement if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
After 14 days: Normal wear and tear or misuse is not covered under warranty.
3. Outside of Warranty Coverage
This warranty does not cover the following:
Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
Use of non-genuine or third-party parts
Accidental damage, impact, or collision
Misuse or improper operation
Water damage, including riding in water deeper than 4 cm
Exposure to extreme weather (heavy rain, blizzards, strong winds, etc.)
Damage caused by dust, debris, or foreign objects
Improper storage (dampness, high temperatures, or prolonged direct sunlight)
Corrosion, condensation, or environmental damage
Removed, altered, or unreadable serial number
Intentional damage
Products beyond the 12-month warranty period
