1. No-Reason Return (Right of Withdrawal)

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
  • The returned item must meet the following conditions:
    • Unused and in brand-new condition
    • All original packaging, accessories, and labels included
    • No impact on resale
  • For no-reason returns, all shipping costs (including return shipping) are borne by the buyer.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping fees) if it meets the conditions.
  • If the item shows signs of use or affects resale, a full refund may not be granted or the return may be rejected.

2. Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

  • If the product is damaged during shipping or has functional issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • The following evidence is required:
    • Product photos or videos
    • Outer packaging photos
    • Order number or tracking number
  • After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions:
    • Free replacement
    • Full refund
    • Spare parts reshipment
  • In such cases, all costs (including shipping) will be covered by the seller.
  • Claims submitted after 14 days will be handled under the standard warranty policy.

3. Quality-Related After-Sales Policy

3.1 Within 14 Days

Customers may choose:

  • Return for a full refund (seller covers shipping)
  • Free repair or replacement

3.2 From 14 Days to 12 Months (Warranty Period)

  • Free repair or replacement parts are provided.

Shipping responsibility:

  • Return for repair: covered by the seller
  • Shipping after repair: covered by the buyer

If choosing return:

  • The product will be repurchased at 50% of the original price
  • Return shipping is covered by the seller

⚠️ Wear-and-tear parts (such as tires and brake components) are not covered after 14 days and must be purchased by the buyer.


4. Non-Quality Issues

The following situations are not considered quality defects, and any related costs will be borne by the buyer:

  • Damage caused by water exposure or rain
  • Overloading or improper use
  • Failure to follow the user manual
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Improper storage conditions
  • Non-official repairs or part replacements
  • Altered or mismatched serial numbers or warranty information

5. Return Process (RMA)

  1. Submit a return request with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or videos (if applicable)
  2. Obtain return authorization (RMA) and return address
  3. Ship the item back using the designated shipping method
  4. After warehouse inspection, refund or repair will be processed

⚠️ Returns without authorization or not using the designated logistics method may not be accepted.


6. Shipping-Related Issues

  • If a return is caused by the buyer (e.g., refusal, incorrect address):
    • Buyer bears all shipping costs (including return and reshipping)
  • Lost shipments:
    • Refund or reshipment will be arranged after confirmation
  • Delivered but not received:
    • We will assist with investigation; compensation depends on the carrier
  • Address changes or interception requests:
    • Not guaranteed to succeed

7. Refund Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved
  • The actual arrival time depends on the payment method used
