Emergency Measures | Safety First, Three Steps to Self-Rescue

If your scooter stops working while you're riding, immediately turn on the scooter's lights, pull over, and perform a quick self-check.

 Check the power supply

    • Check if the battery is depleted and try to restart the power supply.

Check the cables

    • Check if any cables have become loose or damaged due to rough riding, causing the scooter to malfunction.

Check the brakes

    • Lift the wheels to check for foreign objects entangled or rocks stuck in the brake pads.

If the problem cannot be resolved, call customer service or use alternative transportation. Never force the scooter to stop.

Daily Maintenance Checklist| Small Maintenance, Big Impact

True control comes from meticulous daily maintenance that prevents problems before they occur.

Weekly

Spend 5 minutes a week to prevent 80% of problems. Check tire pressure and wear, and tighten bolts (especially the folding mechanism and handlebars). Check brake sensitivity.

Monthly

Deep maintenance. Clean the scooter, focusing on removing dust and dirt from the axles and brake areas. Lubricate moving parts (such as the hinges). If you ride less frequently, regularly charge the scooter to prevent battery damage from prolonged discharge.
